Steps for Online Registration

Go to Registration Menu and click on Online Registration OR click on top REGISTER NOW button.

Choose Type of Delegate whether you are an Indian Delegate or International Delegate.

In case of International Delegate, choose your Country and provide E-mail & Password for account creation.

Your E-mail ID will be your Username to operate this functionality.

Once you click on the Register button, an Account Verification Mail will be sent to your E-mail ID.

Open your E-mail and click on VERIFY ACCOUNT button to validate.

After validating your account, Login to your account.

On the Dashboard, click on the Register Now button.
(Step-1) - Personal Information
- Upload your colour photograph.
- Upload Govt. ID Proof.
- Fill Address, WhatsApp No. etc. and move to next step.
(Step-2) - Membership Information
- Select type of membership you have.
- On the selection of membership, registration fee will vary.
- Fill other basic details and move to next step.
(Step-3) - Preview Registration Form
- View all filled data, if you want to edit any information click on Edit button.
- Also view uploaded documents.
- Once satisfied with supplied information, move to next step.
(Step-4) - Payment
- Scan the displayed QR Code and complete the registration fee payment. After successful payment, enter your 12-digit UTR / Transaction ID, upload the payment receipt/screenshot, and submit it for verification. Once verified by the IPHACON 2027 Organizing Committee, your Payment Receipt and Registration ID will be generated.
