General Guidelines for Oral & e-Poster Presentation

  • The presenting author must be a registered delegate of IPHACON 2027.
  • All presentations must be uploaded through the IPHACON 2027 Presentation Submission Portal before the notified deadline.
  • The submission link and last date will be announced on the IPHACON 2027 website.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Authors are advised to carry a backup copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive.
  • Presenters should report to the assigned hall 30 minutes before the scheduled session.
  • Scientific Committee decisions regarding presentation schedule and awards shall be final and binding.
  • Abstracts presented at IPHACON 2027 may be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, subject to editorial policy.
  • Best Oral Presentation and Best e-Poster awards will be selected by an independent panel of judges based on scientific merit, originality, methodology, presentation quality, and discussion.
Submission Requirement

All accepted oral presenters are requested to upload their presentation through the conference portal before the specified deadline. The upload link and deadline will be notified on the conference website.

Presentation Guidelines

  • 1.
    Presentation must be prepared using the official IPHACON 2027 PowerPoint template available on the conference website.
  • 2.
    Only Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) formats will be accepted.
  • 3.
    Presentation Time: 7 minutes.
  • 4.
    Discussion: 3 minutes.
  • 5.
    A digital timer will be displayed during the presentation. Presentations exceeding the allotted time may be automatically terminated.
  • 6.
    Maximum 12 slides are permitted.
  • 7.
    Recommended slide sequence:
    Title & Authors Introduction & Objectives Materials and Methods Results Discussion Conclusion
  • 8.
    Use sans-serif fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Aptos or Verdana with a minimum font size of 24 pt.
  • 9.
    Limit text to not more than six lines per slide wherever possible.
  • 10.
    Presentations may include text, tables, graphs, photographs, figures and simple animations. Videos and embedded multimedia files are not permitted.
  • 11.
    Images and tables should have a minimum resolution of 200 dpi for optimal display.
  • 12.
    Insert images, graphs and tables using Copy–Paste or Insert Picture. Avoid embedded documents, hyperlinks or external file links.
  • 13.
    Maximum presentation file size should not exceed 5 MB.
  • 14.
    Save the file using the following naming convention:
    Registration ID-OP
    Example: 101-OP.pptx
e-Poster Display Information

Accepted poster presentations will be displayed in electronic format (e-Poster) on high-resolution digital display screens during the conference. Printed posters, flex banners, or standees will not be accepted.

e-Poster Guidelines

  • 1.
    Posters must be prepared using the official IPHACON 2027 e-Poster template available on the conference website.
  • 2.
    Only Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) formats will be accepted.
  • 3.
    Presentation Time: 5 minutes.
  • 4.
    Discussion: 2 minutes.
  • 5.
    Use sans-serif fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Aptos, or Verdana with a minimum font size of 14 pt.
  • 6.
    Posters may include text, tables, charts, figures, and photographs.
  • 7.
    Images and figures should have a minimum resolution of 200 dpi.
  • 8.
    Insert figures and tables directly into the presentation. Avoid embedded documents or hyperlinks.
  • 9.
    Maximum file size should not exceed 5 MB.
  • 10.
    Save the file using the following naming convention:
    Registration ID-PP
    Example: 101-PP.pptx
